It's a local microbrewery that sells our own IPAs and gluten-free beer! But wait, that is not all we are also a local cafe as well. You may be asking yourself what a microbrewery is and why haven’t I heard about this until right now. Well what we are is a smaller brewery that has less barolls then a typical lager breweries. What makes our shop so special is how it's not like any orderly brewery, we are family owned and make sure each guest has the best experience possible. The Tap Dance is based on the idea that going into a brewery shouldn’t just be an experience where you walk in and have to figure out what you want. We value ourselves based on the experience we have to offer. Coming into The Tap Dance it is like a class. Come to us and we will sit down with you and explain what you are drinking, give you background on the different beers and even tell what we think you would enjoy the best. We pride ourselves on having the best localized beer in all of Long Island. Being Located in Plainview has allowed us to be at the heart and center of Long Island in the center of both Nausau and Suffolk County.
